Padel World Championship 2021: Qatar Team Starts Asian-African Qualifiers Thursday

Doha, November 10 (QNA) - Qatar team will start its participation in the Asian-African qualifiers for the Padel World Championship 2021 on Thursday, which will be hosted by Doha during the period from 15 to 20 November, for the first time in the Middle East and Asia. The Asian-African Qualifiers will be held in Dubai until November 13. The Qatari national team includes eight players: Abdulaziz Salah Al Kuwari, Muhammad Saadoun Al Kuwari, Khaled Al Kuwari, Abdullah Al Hajji, Muhammad Abdullah, Jabr Al Mutawa, Issa Shanan and Musa Shanan. Qatar team were drawn in Group B, which includes Senegal and Iran, while Group A includes Japan, Egypt and the UAE. Secretary General of Qatar Tennis, Squash and Badminton Federation, (QTSBF), Tariq Zainal, expressed his wishes for success for the national team, "we look forward to the team winning this challenge and joining the group of teams participating in this great event."He said. It is worth noting that the Padel World Championships will be held with the participation of 320 players from 16 countries, and 10 stadiums have been specially prepared to host this tournament. (QNA)
