Qatar Lose to Brazil in 2022 FIVB Volleyball Men's World Championship

Ljubljana, August 30 (QNA) - Qatar Volleyball National Team lost Tuesday to Brazil 0-3 (13/25, 23/25, 24/26) in both sides' last group stage match in the 2022 FIVB Volleyball Men's World Championship, now held in Slovenia and Poland and due to run through Sept. 11. This is Qatar's third straight defeat following a 0/3 loss to Japan (20 / 25، 18 / 25 ، 15/ 25) and a 1/3 defeat to Cuba (21 / 25، 21 / 25، 25 / 22، 19 / 25). The championship sees the participation of 24 teams divided into six groups of four. Group A included Ukraine, Serbia, Tunisia and Puerto Rico, while group C consisted of title holders Poland along with the US, Mexico and Bulgaria. Teams of France, Slovenia, Germany and Cameroon were drawn in group D, while Italy was drawn in group E along with Canada, Turkey and China.
