Qatar Loses to Croatia in World Handball Championship

Cairo, January 20 (QNA) - Qatar's national handball team lost Tuesday to Croatia 24-26, in Group C of 2021 World Men's Handball Championship. The loss sees Qatar in second place with four points after winning two matches against Angola and Japan. Croatia meanwhile lead with five points, after drawing with Japan and beating Angola. In the group's other game, Japan defeated Angola 30-29 to qualify for the next round. Qatar will play in Group B in the next round with Croatia, Japan, Denmark, Argentina, and Bahrain. (QNA)
