Qatar Squash Team Win Two Silver Medals at Gulf Championship in Kuwait

Kuwait, October 28 (QNA) - Qatar national squash team won two silver medals in the gulf squash championship which is currently held in Kuwait, the first medal won by team for age category of 19 years after defeated Saudi and Bahraini teams 3-0 each, and lost in the final against Kuwait to ranked second, the second was achieved by Salem Al Maliki in the singles competitions for the category of under 19 years as well. Board Member of the Qatar Tennis, Squash and Badminton Federation and Chairman of the National Teams Committee, Khalid Al Khulaifi, congratulated the players for winning two silver medals, noting that this achievement is a motivating factor for the Qatar Federation, which made more efforts to Support the development of squash in Qatar.
