Qatar VS UAE in Opening Match of the International Football Friendship Championship Next March

Doha, February 22(QNA)- Qatar Football Association (QFA) is to organis on 3-8 March the International Football Friendship Championship with four select teams, namely Qatar and the UAE, China and Greece, taking part. The Organizing Committee of the tournament on Wednesday announced the timetable of the tournament which will be opened by tw matches, in which Qatar's select plays VS the UAE, to be followed by a match between China VS Greece. On March 5 the UAE plays VS Greece, to be followed by Qatar against China. The event will be concluded on the 8th of March, by two matches in which the UAE plays against China and Qatar VS Greece. The organising committee approved during a meeting held here Wednesday headed by Hamad Al Mannai, the exercises playgrounds and Ramada Hotel for the residence of delegations. It also agreed to hold the technical meeting of the championship on the second of March. Hamad Al Mannai also confirmed that the Chinese team will be arriving in Doha in the first of next month, March. (QNA)
