Qatar's Khaled Al Mohannadi Retains Junior's Category Lead in Jet Ski World Championship

Washington, October 07 (QNA) - Qatari rider Khaled Al Mohannadi maintained the lead in the Junior category in the second round of the 2021 Jet Ski world championship in Lake Havasu, US, with the participation of more than 500 rider from 35 countries. Al Mohannadi showed high levels in the second round races which enabled him to take fourth place in the general standings behind the American Amir Hawir in the first place, Jamal Ali second, and Canadian Philip Chertier who came in third place. Al Mohannadi collected 126 points and raised his overall score to 239 points to consolidate his position in the lead, Al Mohannadi expressed his complete satisfaction with the level he presented during the second round in light of the fierce competition from all the participants. On the other hand Walid Al Sharshani continues his preparations to compete in the Senior Professionals category next Saturday and Sunday with participation of 35 contestants. (QNA)
