We’ll beat Al Ittihad, Persepolis coach says

TEHRAN,MAY 23(MNA)--Persepolis coach Mustafa Denizli said that he believes in his players and is sure that they can beat Al Ittihad of Saudi Arabia in the AFC Champions League knockout stage. At a news conference on Tuesday in Jeddah, Denizli said, “It’s a vital game for us and we know how to manage the match.” “We faced some problems in the Airport but we don’t care. We have not been living in a hotel according to AFC’s criteria. Anyway, Persepolis players are ready to show a good performance in the field,” he stated ahead of the match which will be held at Jeddah’s Prince Abdullah Al-Faisal Stadium on Wednesday. “Al Ittihad football team is a great team and Persepolis is a great team as well. There is no excuse for losing and we will do our best to get the good result in our away match,” Denizli said.
