Tatarstan to host Turkey-Russia joint economic committee meeting
MOSCOW (A.A) - 02.03.2011 - The 11th term meeting of Turkey-Russia Joint Economic Committee (JEC) will begin on Wednesday in Tatarstan republic of Russia.
The meeting of Turkish and Russian technical delegations will take place in Kazan today.
Turkish Energy & Natural Resources Minister Taner Yildiz and Russian Deputy Premier Igor Sechin will participate in the meetings on Thursday.
Yildiz and Sechin will make the official inauguration of JEC meeting and sign a protocol on Friday.
Parties will discuss oil and prices of natural gas, recent situation in lifting of visa between the two countries, Turkey's first nuclear power plant which is planned to be built in Turkey's south, and problems about custom gates.
