Iranian students shining in IOAA2022

Tehran, IRNA - National Organization for Development of Exceptional Talents announced that Iranian students received gold and silver medals in the International Olympiad on Astronomy and Astrophysics (IOAA2022) which was held in Kutaisi, Georgia. The Iranian team snatched nine gold and one silver medals. Iran had earlier received 2 gold, 5 silver, and 2 bronze medals as well as a diploma of honor in IOAA 2021 held in Colombia. According to its official website, “The International Olympiad on Astronomy and Astrophysics is an annual competition for high-school students from all over the world.
