Toastmasters "DTAC 2023" to be held under patronage of HH Shaikh Nasser

Manama, May 3 (BNA): Bahrain will host the annual Toastmasters Annual Sector 20 Conference "DTAC 2023", under the patronage of His Highness Shaikh Nasser bin Hamad Al Khalifa HM the King's Representative for Humanitarian Work and Youth Affairs.

Bahrain, Kuwait, Iraq, and Egypt are participating in the conference held under the slogan "Enthusiasm, Experience, Excellence".

More than 2000 Arabic and English speakers from 127 clubs will attend the biggest Toastmasters event which will be held on May 11-13.

Bader Bushlaibi, DTAC Chairperson thanked HH Shaikh Nasser for his patronage, which demonstrates HH's support for Young Arab talent.

Khalid Abdullah, Director of Sector 20, said HH Shaikh Nasser's patronage is a great source of motivation for all participants.

As part of the conference, Toastmasters will compete in four contest categories: international speech, humorous speech, evaluation speech, and table topics; in both Arabic and English.

The first place winner in the international speech category will represent the sector in the Toastmasters International 2023 Convention, to be held in the Bahamas later in August.
