Japan's ANA To Launch Daily Services From KL To Tokyo From Sept

SINGAPORE, Jan 21 (Bernama) -- ANA, Japan’s leading airline, will launch a new daily service from Kuala Lumpur to Tokyo (Narita) from Sept 2, 2015. The new service will allow passengers to make easier connections with flights to and from North America during the evening period at Narita, it said in a statement here. Starting from July 2015, ANA will also increase the number of flights on the Tokyo (Narita) – Honolulu route, it said. "The increase in flights from Narita is in line with ANA’s strategy to use the airport as the transit hub for international passengers flying between North America and destinations in Asia," it said.. Meanwhile, Haneda Airport will act as the hub for international-domestic transfers, it said. ANA will also make changes to timetables and introduce larger aircraft on some routes to Asia and North America in order to satisfy the increased demand for travel; created by the economic growth in Asia. -- BERNAMA
