Kish Island featured in Turkey's East Mediterranean Int'l Tourism

Kish Island, Jan 24, IRNA – Kish Island capacities and investment, tourism, economic, developmental and cultural opportunities are on display in the ongoing 22nd Turkish East Mediterranean International Tourism and Travel Exhibition (EMIT), which opened in Istanbul on January 22. The event is attended by 1,100 participants from 70 countries including Organization of Kish Free Zone from Iran, accompanied with Kish Aviation Company and five tour operating firms. Presence of countries active in tourism and large number of participants indicate the high significance and credit of the exhibit in promoting tourism across the world. Organization of Kish Free Zone's pavilion at the exhibition is seeking to introduce Kish Island to foreign tourists. Presence of a calligrapher who is writing names of visitors from different Asian, European, African and even American states in Persian language in Nastaliq style is among attractive parts of the pavilion for the visitors. Distributing brochures and booklets and explaining economic advantages of Kish Island for the foreign investors are among the other measures taken by the Organization of Kish Free Zone. The 22nd Turkish East Mediterranean International Tourism and Travel Exhibition will work until January 25.
