ISTANBUL (A.A) - 01.03.2011 - Turkey's Is Bankasi has launched a new branch in the northern Iraqi city of Irbil, the bank said in a regulatory filing on Tuesday.
The Irbil branch is the 16th of the bank's offices abroad.
