Turkish charity organization delivers aid in Kenya camp

ANKARA (A.A) - August 6, 2011 - A Turkish charity organization has delivered food and medical supplies in Kenya to contribute in international efforts to fight the worst drought in years in the Africa.
Humanitarian Aid Foundation or the IHH's four-member emergency team has delivered food and medical supplies worth of 40 thousand USD in the Dadaab camp on the Kenyan-Somali border which shelters hundreds of thousands of refugees.
The IHH's food aid included basic items such as wheat, corn, flour, sugar, milk powder, baby biscuits, rice and pasta.
The IHH team also has rented vehicles to transport Somali refugees to the Dadaab camp.
