Turkish exports in February increase 24.19 p.c.
DENIZLI (A.A) - 01.03.2011 - Turkey's exports in February were up 24.19 percent when compared to the same month in 2010 and reached a figure of 10,164,614,000 USD, the Turkish Assembly of Exporters (TIM) announced Tuesday.
According to TIM, Turkey's exports in the first two months of 2011 went up 22.56 percent when compared to the same period in 2010 and reached a figure of 19,725,771,000 USD.
Turkey's exports in the last one year went up 15.32 percent and reached a figure of 117,530,760,000 USD.
The three Turkish sectors with most exports in February were automotives (1.6 billion USD), iron-steel (1.3 billion USD) and ready made clothing (1.3 billion USD).
