US Ambassador praises NSSA efforts

Manama, Apr. 13 (BNA): The National Space Science Agency (NSSA) CEO Dr. Mohammed Ibrahim Al Aseeri received the US Ambassador to Bahrain, Steven Bondy.

The meeting reviewed topics of common interest and discussed space science and technology cooperation.

They stressed the importance of promoting peaceful exploitation of outer space to achieve the sustainable development goals approved by the United Nations (UN).

The ambassador praised NSSA’s achievements and distinguished projects to raise awareness of the importance of space science.

The meeting highlighted the distinctive Bahraini achievement (Al Munther) satellite.
