BANGKOK, Dec.17 (MNA) -- The Organization of Asia-Pacific News Agencies (OANA) celebrated the 50th anniversary of its establishment in Bangkok, Thailand, on December 14.

Established in 1961, OANA aims to secure direct and free flow of news in the region. Turkey currently holds the rotating presidency of OANA.
