TEHRAN, Jan. 30 (MNA) – Iranian Foreign Ministry spokesperson Ramin Mehmanparast on Sunday urged the United States to release the Iranian semiconductor scientist who has allegedly violated U.S. export laws by buying high-tech U.S. lab equipment.
