FM:Most nations have revoked travel alert against Thailand

BANGKOK, February 8 (TNA) - The Ministry of Foreign Affairs announced Wednesday that most countries, earlier issuing travel alert against Thailand, have already lifted the travel advisories against the Thai Kingdom. Foreign Ministry Spokesman Thani Thongpakdi told reporters that now only Italy and Romania have maintained their travel advisories over possible terror threats in Thailand; while other nations have already eased their warnings. Thani, who is also Director-General of the ministry's Department of Information, acknowledged that the situation in Thaiand has returned to normal and other countries appear to be confident of order in Thailand.
