Iranian Film Festival Starts In India

New Delhi, Aug 17, IRNA – An Iranian film festival, kicked off Friday evening in the city of Hyderabad, capital of Andhra Pradesh state. The three-day festival, organized by Hyderabad Film Club, opened with the film “Beloved Sky”, directed by Dariush Mehrjui. Beside the opening film, five famous Iranian films, Family Bond, Here Without Me, The Songs of Sparrows, Forty Years and The Child and Angel, will be screened during the festival, organized in collaboration with Iranian Cultural House in New Delhi. The Iranian films have garnered international fame in the past three decades./end
