Iranian President congratulates 68th anniversary of Algerian Revolution

Tehran, IRNA – Iranian President Ebrahim Raisi on Tuesday congratulated his Algerian counterpart Abdelmadjid Tebboune on the 68th anniversary of the Algerian Revolution. In his message to Tebboune, the Iranian president expressed hope that with regard to good ties and cooperation, the two sides will see a deepening and expansion of bilateral relations in all fields. Algerian Revolution or the Algerian War of Independence was fought between France and the Algerian National Liberation Front from 1954 to 1962, which led to Algeria winning its independence from France.
