Ministry of Islamic Affairs Answers Pilgrims’ Inquiries in 10 Languages

Riyadh, July 31, 2020, SPA -- The Ministry of Islamic Affairs, Call and Guidance continues providing its services to the pilgrims. One of its services is answering pilgrims' fatwas and inquiries regarding Hajj via the toll-free number 8002451000. The Ministry said that this service is available around the clock and comes as a part of its efforts to educate and raise the awareness of pilgrims about the ritual of Hajj . The service is available in 10 languages including Arabic, English, French, Turkish, Hindi, Urdu, Hausa, Indonesian, Bengali and Amharic. Since the beginning of the Hajj season, the Ministry has worked with its full potential to serve the pilgrims, by the provision of modern equipment and technical means in different Hajj facilities and through electronic platforms to achieve social distancing and to apply health protocols to ensure the safety of pilgrims. --SPA
