Ahmadinejad Felicitates Lebanese Nation, Gov't On Advent Of Ramadan

Tehran, July 21, IRNA – President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad felicitated Lebanese president and nation on the advent of the holy month of Ramadan. In a phone conversation with the Lebanese President Michel Suleiman on Friday evening, the Iranian President expressed hope that the regional nations would witness tranquility and peace during the holy month of Ramadan. He also hoped that regional nations would get rid of the bullying powers and the Zionist regime in this month which is a period of compassion and mercy for all. Suleiman, too, felicitated his Iranian counterpart and nation over the advent of the holy month and hoped it will bring peace to all nations./end
