Cuba, Indonesia VPs, Laos Senior Minister Arrive In Tehran

Tehran, Aug 29, IRNA – Cuban First Vice-President Jose Ramon Machado Ventura and Indonesian Vice-President Boediono arrived in Tehran on morning Wednesday. Laos cabinet senior minister and special envoy of Laos president Feng Savat Boufa also arrived on Wednesday early morning in Tehran to attend the 16th Non-Aligned Movement summit which starts its 2-day session from Thursday August 30. Upon his arrival at the airport, the Laotian minister told reporters that choosing motto of 'Sustainable peace under auspices of world joint management' is an important step and appropriate initiative. He expressed hope that the meeting can achieve its goals to create a world with peace and justice./end
