Cypriot leaders meet in Lefkosa

LEFKOSA (A.A) - December 12, 2011 - Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus (TRNC) President Dervis Eroglu met with the leader of the Greek Cypriot administration Demetris Christofias at the buffer zone in Lefkosa as part of talks aiming to find a solution to the Cyprus problem on Monday. UN Secretary General's Special Advisor on Cyprus issue Alexander Downer is also attending today's meeting with the Cypriot leaders. The two Cypriot leaders had discussed the issues of "Property" and "Management and Share of Power" in their last meeting on December 5. The two leaders will hold three more meetings until January 9. They will attend a tri-lateral meeting with the UN Secretary General between January 22 and 24 in New York.
