First Vice-president Congratulates Counterparts On Occasion Of Eid al-Fitr

Tehran, July 28, IRNA – First Vice-President Es-haq Jahangiri, issued a message on Sunday, congratulating his counterparts in the Muslim countries on the auspicious occasion of Eid al-Fitr. In his message, Jahangiri called for further promotion of unity and friendship among the Islamic Ummah. He wished prosperity and progress for Muslim nations and governments on the auspicious occasion. He called on Muslim nations to resort to high teachings of Islam and the tradition of Prophet Mohammad (PBUH) to get united and try to stop oppression, prejudice and the Muslim divide./end
