Foreign Minister meets Antonella Amadei

Ulaanbaatar /MONTSAME/ The Minister of Foreign Affairs L.Bold Wednesday received Ms Antonella Amadei, the head of International Relations, Strategy Division at London Stock Exchange (LSE). The Minister and Ms Amadei exchanged views on co-developing the domestic capital market of Mongolia and on urgent problems facing this market. In April of 2011, the State Property Committee (SPC) and Mongolian Stock Exchange (MSE) established strategic cooperation contracts with the LSE with a key purpose of bringing the domestic capital market into international standards in accordance with both parliamentary and governmental resolutions. By these contracts, the international Millennium IT technology has been introduced in Mongolia, thus transferring the settlements from prepaid system into after-payment, besides, the market rules and regulations have been altered. Moreover, some 120 staffers have been prepared.
