Former Turkish Cypriot president's health condition critical

LEFKOSA (A.A) - January 13, 2012 - Former Turkish Cypriot President Rauf Denktas was in "very critical condition" on Friday, his doctors said. The 88-year-old former president was attached to a respiratory device early in the morning with a continued multiple organ failure, said doctors at the Near East University Hospital in Lefkosa. Denktas was hospitalized on January 5 after experiencing diarrhea and asthenia.
