Iran equipping combat UAVs with missile systems

TEHRAN,Sept.3(MNA) – Deputy Defense Minister Mohammad Eslami has said that Iranian combat unmanned aerial vehicles are being equipped with missile systems. Iran’s first domestically manufactured long-range unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV), called Karrar, was successfully tested on August 22, 2010. The aircraft’s ability to fly at high altitudes is its significant feature.
