Iran MP Slams EU's One-sided Sanctions

Yazd, Oct 20, IRNA - Member of Iran's Majlis (parliament) Cultural Commission announced here on Friday the EU-led one-sided and partial sanctions against Iran are continuation of enemies' economic pressures to bring our nation to its knee. Talking to IRNA, Hojatoleslam Seyed Jalal Yahyazade stressed that the EU's recent decision indicates such institution has been submitted to US pressers. Imposing sanctions against our nation is not a new issue, he said, adding the US-led bullying powers, who see their interests in danger, have resorted to such a tactic. He said the main reason behind imposing sanctions against Iran over its nuclear issue is our nation refusing to surrender itself and resisting against enemies./end
