Iranian warships arrive in Sudan

TEHRAN,Oct.30(MNA) – The Iranian Navy’s 22nd fleet of warships, comprised of the Khark warship and the Martyr Admiral Qandi destroyer, docked in Sudan on Monday. The missions of the fleet, which set sail from the southern port city of Bandar Abbas in the Iranian calendar month of Shahrivar (August 22-September 21), have been announced to be conveying the message of peace and friendship, protecting the security of shipping routes, and combating maritime terrorism in international waters.
