IRGC denies interfering in Majlis election

TEHRAN, May 22 (MNA) – The head of the public relations department of the Islamic Revolution Guards Corps (IRGC) on Sunday dismissed MP Ali Motahhari’s claim that the IRGC has interfered in the parliamentary election. Brigadier General Ramezan Sharif also said that Sepah (the IRGC) does not owe loyalty to any political groups or persuasions, adding that the IRGC reserves the right to take legal action against those who claim that the IRGC has interfered in the election.
