Jordanian Senate delegation visits Azerbaijani Parliament

Baku, April 26 (AzerTAc). A delegation led by chairman of the Jordanian Senate Abdurrauf Ravabdeh has today visited the Azerbaijani Parliament to meet members of the Azerbaijan-Jordan working group on the interparliamentary relations. Head of the working group Neriman Aliyev hailed relations between the two countries as friendly and rapidly developing. He noted that Jordan was one of the first countries to recognize Azerbaijan’s independence. Aliyev pointed out that reciprocal visits contributed to expanding bilateral cooperation between Azerbaijan and Jordan. Ravabdeh also praised ties between the two countries. They discussed ways of developing Azerbaijan-Jordan cooperation, particularly in the field of investment making.
