Tehran, May 16, IRNA – Iran's Parliament Speaker Ali Larijani felicitated his Mexican and Costa Rican counterparts upon their election as presidents of the parliament in their countries. In two separate messages, Larijani congratulated Oscar Martín Arce Paniagua and Víctor Emilio Granados Calvo for their election as speakers of Mexico and Costa Rica parliaments respectively. In the messages, he called for expansion and deepening of bilateral friendly relations. Larijani also wished for further progress and development of the two countries in future./end
