Over 470,000 Foreign Tourists Arrive In Iran Via Bilesavar Border Point

Bilesavar, Ardebil prov, Oct 5, IRNA – Over 470,000 foreign tourists have arrived in Iran through Bilesavar border point in the northwestern province of Ardebil during the first six months of current Iranian calendar year (started March 21,2013), it was announced here Saturday. Managing director of Bilesavar Customs Border Office Ahad Mohammadi said the figure indicates growth compared to the corresponding period last year. Mohammadi underlined that the tourists have traveled to Iran for medical treatment, visiting the monuments and historical sites as well as providing their basic supplies./end
