Registration of presidential candidates to begin in spring: official

TEHRAN,Nov.27(MNA)– An official at the Iranian Interior Ministry has announced that the registration of candidates for the presidential election, which will be held on June 14, 2013, will be conducted in the Iranian calendar month of Ordibehesht (April 21, 2013-May 21, 2013). In an interview with the Persian service of the Mehr News Agency on Monday, Hassan Ali Nouri also said that candidates will register for city council elections in the Iranian calendar month of Farvardin (March 21, 2013-April 21, 2013).
