Rouhani, Putin meet in Dushanbe

TEHRAN, Sep. 13 (MNA) – Iranian President Rouhani and Russian President Putin met on the sidelines of Shanghai summit in Tajikistan. The meeting was held on the sidelines of 14th Shanghai Cooperation Organization Summit in Tajikistan capital city of Dushanbe and two presidents discussed bilateral and regional issues. The two sides pointed to capabilities and opportunities of the two sides and called for expansion of ties between the two countries. President Rouhani has also met with other counterparts including Afghan and Chinese presidents. Hassan Rouhani will leave Dushanbe for Tehran this evening.
