Seditionists not allowed to run in elections: Iranian GC chairman

TEHRAN,Dec.15(MNA)– Guardian Council Chairman Ayatollah Ahmad Jannati said that the “seditionists” and those political figures who have not dissociated themselves from the “seditious movement” are not allowed to run in elections. The people who were involved in and the figures who supported the political unrest which followed the 2009 presidential election are referred to as “seditionists”.
