SNSC Secretary Arrives In Damascus

Damascus, Aug 7, IRNA - Secretary of Iran's Supreme National Security Council Saeed Jalili, heading a delegation, arrived here Tuesday morning. Upon arrival, Jalili was warmly welcomed by Syrian officials including Deputy Foreign Minister Ahmad Arnous, head of the National Security Bureau Ali Mamlook and Iran’s Ambassador to Damascus Mohammad Raouf Sheibani. During his day-long visit, Jalili will review issues of mutual interests as well as the latest regional and international developments with senior Syrian officials including President Bashar al-Assad and Foreign Minister Walid Al-Moualem./end
