Tehran-Beijing Can Help Establish Fair Global System - Chinese Scholar

Beijing, June 22, IRNA – A Chinese scholar said here Saturday that since the Iranian and Chinese nations are against unilateralism, they can help establish a fair global system. Han Zhen, President of Beijing Foreign Studies University, made the remarks in a meeting with visiting Iranian delegation led by Head of Islamic Culture and Relations Organization Mohammad Baqer Khorramshad. The Chinese professor further described Iran as an important country enjoying rich civilization and great history that plays key role in international developments. Iranian official, too, said the Islamic Republic of Iran is against hegemony and dictatorship, underlining the need for strengthening cultural and scientific ties with Beijing. Khorramshad and his accompanying delegation arrived in the Chinese capital Thursday to attend Iranˈs Cultural Week ceremonies. He has so far met with Chinese Minister of Culture Cai Wu.
