TurkPA delegation visit Brussels

Baku, June 25 (AzerTAc). A delegation of the Parliamentary Assembly of the Turkic Speaking Countries (TURKPA) is on a visit to Brussels. In the frame of the visit to last till June 27, the delegation will take part at the gathering of the European Parliament Development Committee, and have exchange with the French minister for development. The visit program includes discussion of the European Parliament’s international relations with the member countries’ delegations, the establishment of Euronest Parliamentary Assembly and its activity, the exchange of experience and presentation of the Mediterranean Parliamentary Assembly and Eurolat Parliamentary Assembly, holding meetings with the delegations and other questions. The TurkPA delegation is said to meet also with the head of the Development Office of Parliament Diplomacy of the European Parliament. The delegation headed by Deputy Secretary General of TURKPA Kursad Melih Sariarslan comprises Emin Hasanov, secretary for international relations commission, Marat Askarov, secretary for social, cultural and humanitarian affairs commission, Dastan Urmanbetov, secretary for economic, trade and financial questions, and Elay Panahli, secretary for archives and office affairs.
