Azerbaijani grandmaster wins Tal Memorial Blitz

Baku, September 27, AZERTAC Azerbaijani grandmaster Shahriyar Mammadyarov has become the winner of Tal Memorial Blitz tournament held in Moscow. He claimed the title after scoring 7.5 points. Armenian Levon Aronian ranked second, while Russian Ian Nepomniachtchi finished third. The prize fund of the tournament was $200,000.
