Bouyeri Wins Bronze Medal Of Greco-Roman Wrestling

Tehran, Sept 5, IRNA – Payam Bouyeri of Iran won bronze medal of the 74 kg Greco-Roman Wrestling event after defeating the Kazakh rival in the 2012 FILA Junior World Championships, underway in Pattaya, Thailand, from September 4-9. Bouyeri defeated the Kazakh rival three to one to gain the second medal for Iranian National Greco-Roman Team in the first four weights. He had in the first round defeated Czech rival 2-0 and 3-0, while in the second round edged Belarus rival 0-1, 1-0 and 0-1. On the first day of the event, Iran gained only one silver and one bronze medal./end
