Iran says ground could be prepared for promoting Europe ties

TEHRAN,April 8(MNA) – Iranian Foreign Ministry spokesperson Ramin Mehmanparast said that the ground could be prepared for improving relations with European countries, including Britain. He also said that Iran’s foreign policy apparatus had never sought to sever diplomatic ties with Britain and only implemented the parliamentary law to downgrade relations with the United Kingdom.
