Two Of Abducted Engineers To Return Home Soon: Mehmanparast

Tehran, May 17, IRNA – Two of the 7 abducted Iranian engineers in Syria have been delivered to the country's embassy in Ankara and will return home soon, FM Spokesperson Ramin Mehmanparast said here Wednesday. Mehmanparast voiced hope that other kidnapped citizens, including the rest of the seven engineers, who were there to serve the Syrian nation, too, would be freed soon. Mehmanparast thanked Turkey its efforts and the positive role it played in the release of the abducted citizens. The kidnapped pilgrims and engineers are reported to be living in bad conditions in the armed opposition jails./end
