Holding NAM Summit Will Promote Iran’s Diplomatic Capability: Official

Tehran, July 28, IRNA – Hosting Non-Aligned Movement Summit is a golden opportunity for Iran and it will promote Iran’s diplomatic capability, said deputy interior minister for political affairs. Talking to IRNA, Seyyed Sowlat Mortazavi said on Thursday that Iran will take presidency of the Movement in the Summit, that is to be held in Tehran. Given the wave of propaganda raised by western states against Iran, hosting the summit is of paramount significance, he noted. Referring to the wrong claims by the West, Mortazavi said that Iran will never be isolated under any condition. Iran has turned into a role model for the world, he said, adding that Iran is beloved across the world and its isolation is not possible. Iran will host the 16th round of summit late in August./end
