Iran Rules Out Opening Taliban Office

Tehran, Aug 7, IRNA -- Foreign Ministry on Monday strongly ruled out alleged opening of Taliban office in Tehran. Foreign Ministry spokesman Ramin Mehmanparast said there exist friendly and good neighborly relations between Iran and Afghanistan and Iran only recognizes the democratically-elected government as the legitimate government of Afghanistan./end
