Iran’s Jalili to visit Istanbul on Monday

TEHRAN, Sept. 17 (MNA) – Saeed Jalili, secretary of the Supreme National Security Council who acts as Iran’s chief nuclear negotiator, will travel to Istanbul on Monday. Jalili is set to meet senior Turkish officials including President Abdullah Gul. There are rumors that while in Istanbul Jalili will meet European Union foreign policy chief Catherine Ashton who represent the major powers in nuclear talks with Iran.
