Global Arrogance Trying To Sow Discord Among Religions : Majlis Vice-speaker

Tehran, Oct 2, IRNA – First Vice-Speaker of Majlis (Parliament) Mohammad Hassan Abutorabifard said on Monday that the global arrogance and the Zionist regime are seeking to sow discord among divine religions in order to serve their illegitimate interests. Abutorabifard made the remarks while talking to reporters on the sidelines of a gathering stated in Tehran in protest at insult to Muslims' beloved Prophet Mohammad (PBUH). The parliamentarian said they have made the anti-Islam film in retaliation for a blow dealt to them by the Islamic Awakening movement and the Islamic Revolution. The enemies' reactions, he added, over the past three decades have led to strengthening of solidarity among Muslims around the world. A number of merchants and businesspersons held a gathering today to condemn the anti-Islam film made by both the US and the Zionist regime./end
