Envoy: Tehran Awaiting Moscowˈs Response On S-300 Defense Systems

Tehran, June 8, IRNA – Iranˈs Ambassador to Moscow Reza Sajjadi announced that Iran is still waiting for a response from Russia about Iranˈs offer on withdrawing the latterˈs complain concerning the formerˈs non-delivery of the S-300 air defense systems. ˈThe ball is now in Russiaˈs yard, but we are ready to cooperate with Moscow on S-300 defense systems,ˈ Sajjadi said on Friday in Moscow. Iran has already filed a complaint against Russia for not delivering the S-300 systems as per a contract signed between the two countries.
